LocalFocus AI LLC ("LocalFocus AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company that deploys and manages AI business automation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our marketing website at localfocusai.com (the "Site").
This policy covers information collected through the Site and LocalFocus AI's own demonstration and pre-sales SMS program described below. Our platform services are covered by our Platform Privacy Policy and applicable client agreements.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
When you submit our demo request, pricing estimate, or pilot partner form, we collect your name, email address, and any message you provide. Demo requests require your business name; company name is optional for pricing estimates and pilot partner requests. This information is submitted voluntarily and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not use cookies, analytics platforms, or tracking pixels on the Site. However, as with any web service, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used only for security and operational purposes.
The Site uses the following third-party services that may receive limited data:
Ask LocalFocus is currently disabled on the public Site. In the local development preview, the chat interface stores the conversation and unfinished message in this browser tab's session storage so they can survive navigation between marketing pages. The stored state is limited to 40 messages of up to 4,000 characters each and a draft of up to 4,000 characters, and expires after four hours without an update. The preview does not send messages to an AI service. If browser storage is unavailable, state remains in memory only and does not survive a page load. Please do not enter sensitive information. Before making chat publicly available, we will update this policy to describe the approved service's handling of chat messages.

LocalFocus AI may use SMS (text messaging) as part of product demonstrations and pre-sales engagements. We will never send you texts in this program unless you have provided explicit, prior consent — typically through a signed pre-demonstration agreement or other documented opt-in process.
For LocalFocus AI's own Workspace notifications, see our Platform Privacy Policy. Customers, partners, and partners' customers may separately send SMS or email on their own behalf through Workspace, including automated Agents. Their notices and messaging choices apply to those communications; our Platform Privacy Policy describes LocalFocus AI's own handling of information while providing the service.
By opting in to this LocalFocus AI SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to product demonstrations, testing, and pre-sales communication. Message frequency will vary based on the scope of the demonstration. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message from this program, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease texts from this program promptly.
We do not sell, share, or disclose phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used exclusively by LocalFocus AI for the purposes described above.
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship with you, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information.
