These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the marketing website located at localfocusai.com (the "Site"), operated by LocalFocus AI LLC ("LocalFocus AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company.
These Terms cover the Site and LocalFocus AI's own demonstration and pre-sales SMS program described below. Platform use and managed services are covered by our Platform Terms and applicable client agreements.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design — is the property of LocalFocus AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. LocalFocus AI develops and deploys artificial intelligence systems. AI technologies are inherently nondeterministic — meaning outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free in all circumstances.
Any descriptions, demonstrations, or representations of AI capabilities on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes or performance. Actual results may vary based on deployment environment, data quality, configuration, and other factors.
LocalFocus AI makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Specific performance commitments, if any, are made solely through separate client agreements.
LocalFocus AI may send SMS (text) messages as part of product demonstrations and pre-sales engagements. This section applies only to that program.
For LocalFocus AI's own Workspace notification texts, see our Platform Terms. SMS and email sent by customers, partners, or partners' customers on their own behalf through Workspace are those businesses' communications, including when sent by automated Agents. Their notices and messaging instructions apply; using our technology does not make their messages LocalFocus AI's own communications.
Our SMS messaging program is used for product demonstrations, testing, and pre-sales communication. Messages may include demo notifications, test outputs from AI automation workflows, and related follow-up communications.
You will only receive SMS messages in this program if you have provided explicit, prior consent — typically through a signed pre-demonstration agreement or other documented opt-in process. Consent is not a condition of purchase or doing business with us.
Message frequency varies based on the scope and duration of the demonstration. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.
You may opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message from this program. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages from this program will be sent unless you opt in again.
